BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Prineville Lake Acres Unit 2 (PLA2) Property Owners Association (POA) Board of Directors is currently comprised of five (5) volunteers from the POA Members that are elected by property owners. Each board member holds office for a term of three (3) years before their position becomes up for election.
The Votes are in: President is Deanna Marciel - 125 Votes, Jarrie Davie Woodruff - 71 Votes.
Vice President Steve VanWormer - 121 Votes, Paul Holes - 79 Votes.
Bylaws: 138 Yes votes, 64 No Votes
As of June 14th
Dan Barrett has resigned. as President.
This will leave two positions on the Board open:
President and Vice President’s positions. The board will be taking resumes starting
