Weed Spraying
As the Board stated in 2024, the State of Oregon uses bee-friendly herbicides. Weed-spraying contractors must adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Oregon Department of Agriculture. The contractors added a product called " Ground" to the spray, which makes the spray drop to the ground.
Spraying of the roadside is part of maintenance.
